Midday 12.45 Snowmobile safari in amazing Lyngen Alps

Explore the Lyngen Alps from this exclusive snowmobile safari. You will see an amazing view with the alpine steep mountains and the magical arctic light in daytime of the Lyngen Alps beauty. We meet you in Nord-Lenangen our fishing village in the northern part of Lyngen Alps called Nord-Lenangen. Lyngen have a rich animal life so you might see eagles, foxes or a moose. You will learn about local history by visit the fishing village, where the fishery has been very important for us who live here. We do small groups up to 12 person. At the XLyngen resort you start the tour by enjoing a delicius meal as homemade fishsoup in our panorama restaurant and for sweet you will have a waffle or cake made from our kitchen, all this, in our seaside panorama restaurant Bøteriet on the edge of the wharf. Here you can relax and enjoy your meal while the arctic life outside shows its beauty.

After lunch you meet the guides and dress up in proper clothing. While joining in on the snowmobile safari tour you will drive each person halfway and change driver. This gives you opportunity to enjoy the experience of driving a snowmobile and have fun also to take photos so we will on the way stop on a viewpoint where you can take photos to share or enjoy the moment and just be blended by the view. Our trails are longer than others, and we can drive up to 350 meters above sea level into the Lyngen Alps

For the regulation you need to be over 18 year and hold a valid driving licence to drive the snowmobile at Xlyngen.
